Problem: The BoM needed to ensure there were enough workspaces for staff who were coming into the office and collect data about their movement within offices for contact tracing.
Solution: Barhead deployed Clearspace, a workforce management and return-to-office solution built on the Microsoft Power Platform. Using the app, BoM employees were able to remotely book workspaces while managers and decision-makers were able to track movements within the office for contact tracing.
Outcome: With the help of the Clearspace app, the BoM implemented social distancing measures within their office and put in place contingency plans for workplace incidents. Through these measures, the BoM was able to manage a safe return to office for all its staff.
