Collaborative Selling with Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Teams
Are you working from home and looking for an opportunity to learn, chat and collaborate with others? Bring your own food, boot up your computer and join us for lunch on Microsoft Teams. We’ve got the tech all set up, and you will be able to join via a browser even if you’re not a regular Teams user. Our presenter will take you through an introduction to the topic, and then open the chat for the chance to ask questions, share experiences, and let us know what you’d like to learn more of.
We are all living and working in Teams now more than ever before. In this session, we will show you how to use Teams to enable collaborative selling in Dynamics 365, helping your team to work together on complex deal cycles.
In this session we will look at how to use Teams to search for and work with Dynamics 365 records, including using the Dynamics 365 Bot in Teams, collaborate on Dynamics 365 opportunities, and co-author and sync files. We will look at the Dynamics 365 Assistant in the Teams mobile app, surfacing important reminders and next best action suggestions. We will also take you through the latest features, including the enhanced integration which allows you to create Teams and Channels directly from Dynamics 365.

She has helped over 400 people get started with Power Apps through the App in a Day program, and is a regular presenter at Microsoft and community events. She runs demos, hackathons, workshops, training sessions, and events at Barhead Solutions to help customers learn about the emerging technologies in the Microsoft Business Applications platform, and understand how they can be used to solve business problems.
