Responsibilities:

  • Overall management of Pre-sales activities including but not limited to, day-to-day management of resources assigned to handle sales support, delivering all sales support requirements and engaging with clients during the sales cycle
  • Formulate and lead pre-sales support activity with Sales Team
  • Develop solutions for sales opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver outstanding presentations and demonstrations
  • Attend client meetings during sales support phase
  • Lead all aspects of the sales support process. Advise internal and external clients on overall solutions and designs.
  • Accountable for pre-sales overall program
  • Handle pre-sales activities which includes but are not limited to participating in sales calls, addressing RFPs and preparation of proposal estimates/POC/demo
  • Collaborate and work closely with Onshore Team on all Pre-sales activities
  • Build the Offshore Pre-sales Team and establish capability across all Microsoft business applications solutions
  • Provide cost estimates for licenses and professional services based that address clients’ business requirements
  • Build custom demos as required
  • Manage customer expectations and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Perform project management tasks in projects, when applicable
  • Review and approve Team’s time and expense reports
  • Periodically report to management team on targets, status, resource requirements
  • Coordinate with operations team on administrative requirements (eg invoicing, procurement, etc)
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to project team members and conduct performance reviews as applicable
  • Perform other tasks and duties that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years experience in Pre-sales consulting work
  • At least 2 years experience managing or supervising a Pre-sales team
  • Experience in packaged applications like Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Oracle, et al
  • Strong presentation skills, excellent written, and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in working in a global environment, delivering service to global clients
  • Experience in CRM / SaaS implementations is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Computer Science/IT/Business Management
  • Experience working in an IT consulting organization or environment
  • Experience with different project methodologies (Agile, waterfall, et al.)
  • Must be willing to travel and be amenable to changes in work shift/location, as needed on a per project basis
  • Prepares and conducts client demos and presentations.
  • Performs scoping activities and recommends solution approaches.
  • Collaborates with functional and delivery leads in planning/estimating business analysis activities in projects and work assignments.
  • Performs requirements elicitation, analysis, design and documentation.
  • Performs system configuration based on the approved requirements.
  • Helps the technical team in the interpretation of requirements for the implementation of custom coding/development work.
  • Assists in the enforcement of project deadlines and schedules.
  • Performs other duties as assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years experience in the field of Business Systems and IT ideally as a functional/business analyst implementing CRM or SaaS solutions
  • Detailed, organized, and results-oriented
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate issues as required
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Computer Science/IT/Business Management/Engineering
  • Experience working in an IT consulting organization or environment
  • Experience with different project methodologies (Agile, waterfall, et al.)
  • Experience in working in a global environment, delivering service to global clients
  • Must be willing to travel and be amenable to changes in work shift/location, as needed on a per-project basis
