For the past 15+ years Amanda has been advising Not-for-Profits on how best to use multi-channel engagement strategies (web, email, social networks) to improve organisational performance through acquisition, retention and growth programs. A key focus is to ensure Not-for-Profits leverage the right technology to support strategic objectives. Amanda has guided implementations at a vast number of Not-for-Profits, including Amnesty International Australia, National Breast Cancer Foundation, Caritas, Catholic Mission and Leukaemia Foundation. Amanda works closely with Microsoft, staying aligned with the dedicated Technology for Social Impact (TSI) team, participating in working groups that feedback continuous improvement of the Fundraising and Engagement First Party Application.
Lisa Crosbie, Technology Evangelist and MVP
Lisa Crosbie is known for her expertise in Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and Microsoft Copilot, and her ability to explain technology in a way that makes it easy for non technical users to understand. Adept at interpreting Microsoft’s product roadmap, she provides strategic insights that empower businesses to plan effectively and extract the most value from their technological investments. She is four-time Microsoft Business Applications MVP, a regular speaker at international Microsoft and community events, and runs a popular YouTube channel dedicated to Microsoft Business Applications.
