As part of Barhead’s Evangelism team, she runs regular training and events, and is passionate about empowering business users to realise the potential offered by Microsoft Solutions. In addition, Rishona volunteers as a Learning Expert and Power Up Champ for Microsoft where she helps people start their Power Platform journeys or prepare for a certification. Rishona has trained thousands of individuals on Power Platform and Dynamics 365, delivering impactful training sessions that showcases what they can achieve with the no-code/low-code tech, whether it’s building their own app, chatbot, workflow or dashboard.

Kylie Le, Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant

Kylie LE is a Microsoft-certified consultant specialising in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations at Barhead Solutions. Her expertise in both system developments and functionalities underpins her ability to craft tailored commerce, SCM, and finance solutions. She encompasses a multitude of responsibilities ranging from technical presales and techno-functional consulting to intricating problem-solving, ensuring data migration and seamless integration, designing technical solutions and system configuration, and training and supporting users. She focuses on enhancing customer experiences and building strong client relationships, underpinned by a profound understanding of business processes in multiple industries, including ecommerce, retail, wholesale, manufacturing and real estate.
