Kostadin Solakov, Business Applications Specialist, Financial Services, Australia & New Zealand

Kostadin is the Business Applications Specialist for Financial Services at Microsoft Australia and New Zealand. He has successfully delivered ERP projects in the APAC region, including in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Australia, Philippines and China, as well as in Macedonia, where he worked with both Microsoft Dynamics and Datalab Pantheon before relocating to Asia. In addition to his 8 years of experience in project delivery, Kostadin also has proven track record in Microsoft Dynamics practice development and management as well as managing culturally diverse and geographically dispersed teams.

Peter Worn, Co-Founder and Managing Director, Finura Group

​​Peter is the co-founder and Managing Director of Finura Group. Peter and the Finura team advise some of Australia and the UK’s leading financial services companies on their technology strategy & execution. Peter holds several external board positions. He is an Independent Director of McQueen Financial Group, Chairman of Rising Tide Financial Services and on the Board of leading social media agency, Socialisd. His most important role is being a Dad to his two boys Thomas and Patrick and husband to his wife Katherine (who keeps our life in order from chaos). Peter holds an Executive MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Business.​

James Masella, Sales Director – Financial Services​, Barhead Solutions

​​James is a Sales Director for Financial Services at Barhead Solutions. Before joining Barhead, James worked alongside the Sales and Marketing functions at Colonial First State and helped launch CFS’s first mobile app to increase Member Engagement. His experience in Wealth Management included supporting CBA’s vertically aligned advice practices, Commonwealth Financial Planning, Financial Wisdom and CountPlus with operational and compliance changes with the introduction of FOFA reforms.​
