This is an introductory, instructor led 1-day training session to introduce attendees to Dynamics 365 Customer Service. The workshop will give attendees hands-on experience with the tool and demonstrate a high-level of its capabilities for empowering service team members and managers, working on cases and resolving customer issues.

This is an introductory, instructor-led one-day training session to introduce attendees to Dynamics 365 Marketing. The workshop will give attendees hands-on experience with the tool and demonstrate its capabilities for empowering sales teams, engaging with customers, managing sales processes and closing deals.

Power Up with Power Apps
This is an introductory instructor-led one-day hands-on workshop where you can gain experience in building custom business applications with Dataverse and Power Apps, applying business rules and logic, and automating processes with Power Automate. You will learn how these tools are used to design and develop solutions that can digitise your processes, automate workflows and improve productivity across your organisation.

You will learn how to leverage Dataverse to build data models, Power Apps to design and develop solutions to digitise processes, and Power Automate to automate workflows and improve productivity across your organisation.

Dynamics 365 Sales Pre-Project Training

Attendees will also have the opportunity to get hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Sales. This training is designed to be undertaken prior to the project workshop. The training will be tailored to align with the specific capabilities of Dynamics 365 Sales for the project.

Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals
This certification training will teach participants the business value and product capabilities of Microsoft Power Platform. They will learn to create simple Power Apps, connect data with Microsoft Dataverse, build a Power BI dashboard, automate a process with Power Automate, and build a chatbot with Power Virtual Agents.

Microsoft Power Platform App Maker
This course will teach participants how to build apps with low-code techniques to simplify, automate, and transform business tasks and processes using Microsoft Power Platform.

Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant
This five-day certification course teaches participants how to perform discovery, capture requirements, engage subject matter experts and stakeholders, translate requirements and configure Power Platform solutions and apps.

This course will help you learn how to implement solutions that support a sales life cycle using Dynamics 365 Sales. They will learn how to configure Dynamics 365 Sales to match their organisation’s business process, model Dynamics 365 Sales data, and extend Dynamics 365 solutions using Power Platform components.
