Marketing 

  • Event Coordination both internal and external (Food & Beverage, event set up, guest registration, guest introductions, check ins, badges etc)
  • Ensuring the event is set up with all the technical requirements (PowerPoints, mics, speakers etc)
  • Assist Marketing manager with Barhead website with the latest news, roles and Barhead features.
  • Assisting the Marketing manager with comms and invitations
  • Assist the Marketing manager with Digital Marketing campaigns – Instagram and LinkedIn
  • Keep social media platforms up to date
  • Press releases, Marketing communications
  • Ensure the internal Barhead team is kept up to date with the latest news. Sending reminders and notes to the team as required.

Admin

  • Food and Beverage orders for the Barhead office
  • Stationary orders for the Barhead office
  • Equipment inventory management (including ordering for new starters and helping existing employees with any equipment issues)
  • Merchandise Inventory management (including ordering food)
  • Maintaining the Building Management platform – access cards etc
  • General office tidiness

These are the basic responsibilities today but, as the company and the position evolve, you will be provided with different functions to support Barhead, and its customers. This is a role that would start on a part-time schedule.

  • Ability to work to tight deadlines, prioritizing and managing own workload to deliver quality results
