As we continue to scale our business, we need to bring on board experienced Business Analysts with CRM experts who can add discipline and capability to our teams across our Australian offices.

Role Dimensions

As a Business Analyst you will play a critical role in helping the business implement cost-effective technology solutions by precisely determining the requirements of a project or a program and communicating them clearly to the key stakeholders. You will work closely with the Project Team and will be responsible in collecting and interpreting data from many areas within the organization, simultaneously improving the business processes and finding solutions to business problems.

To be successful in this role you must have demonstrated success in identifying business insights through data analysis, and producing digestible business intelligence and actionable information. You should also have a strong communication and project management skills, that will enable key stakeholders to understand requirements and shape analytical deliverables.

Responsibilities 

  • Analyse and assess business strategic direction and plans in order to develop comprehensive roadmaps and actionable development tasks.
  • Facilitate structured requirements gathering workshops and development of appropriate corresponding documentation, e.g., User Stories and Product Backlog, Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).
  • Document and analyse existing business processes and development of new business processes.
  • Analyse existing technology capabilities and functionality.
  • Elicit and manage functional and non- functional requirements.
  • Perform delivery assurance including test planning and execution.
  • Support the continual growth of Barhead by helping with development of capabilities, methods and training.
  • Produce and present reports, findings, business cases and other client deliverables.
  • Consolidate and manage any formal or in formal change process within a project.

These are the basic responsibilities today but, as the company and the position evolve, you will be provided with different functions to support Barhead, and its customers.

Experience requirements:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in business analyst role working in CRM Projects, Dynamics 365 an advantage.
  • Experience working in tech consultancy desirable.
  • Demonstrable techniques to gather requirements, constraints and run workshops using structured and non -structured methods.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, and detail-oriented with an eye toward high quality, and on time work.
  • Strong experience in CRM, Dynamics 365 or Salesforce preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience working with cloud technologies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and nurture relationships with senior management and stakeholders in client organisations as well as with internal audiences.
  • Outstanding communication skills – both written and verbal together with excellent questioning and active listening skills.
  • Highly self-motivated individual who is eager to sell with a proven history of hitting and exceeding financial goals.
  • Self-reflective and able to seek opportunities for improvement/growth without instruction.
