What are the requirements for Fundraising and Engagement? How does licensing apply? Do I get Power BI, Office 365, etc. in a single license pack?

Office 365 and Power BI are not mandatory requirements for Fundraising and Engagement; however, it will provide additional features and capabilities such as email tracking, receipting and advanced reporting. Fundraising and Engagement works in conjunction with Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise full user license.
